file modified decorators don't clear when hg commit used directly

When committing using command line hg, the file modification decorator (icon + the (hg -m) text which appears after the filename) remain even though hg status doesn't report the file as being modified. Closing project, refreshing project, exiting eclipse, using the Refresh Status and Decorators function do not alleviate this condition.

there were some problems with the migration from my old namespace to the com.goldenhammers one.. this is fixed with 0.8.1
